This role involves deep collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to seamlessly integrate innovative methods into our network. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining software projects, enhancing existing software, automating manual configurations, and meticulously documenting our systems.

Design, develop, and maintain robust software projects within the global fulfillment network.
Enhance and update current software systems to improve efficiency and functionality.
Automate manual configuration processes to streamline operations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems.
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand requirements and integrate new solutions.
Work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new methods into the existing network.
Address complex problems in worldwide transportation using software engineering principles.
Possess a minimum of three years of experience in technical support or software development.
Demonstrate proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language, such as C++, Java, or Objective C.
Exhibit strong knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.
Showcase excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Have experience in troubleshooting technical systems and performing root cause analysis.
Previous experience running an effective operational excellence program is valuable.
Experience reading and writing technical documents, procedures, and engineering drawings, or project management experience, is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
