As a Program Manager specializing in testing, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of finance operations. Your focus will be on managing comprehensive testing cycles, validating system readiness, and upholding quality assurance for our finance platforms. This ensures a stable and optimized foundation for our global operations, setting the stage for future advancements.

Manage the intake and prioritization of testing scope for upcoming project releases and SAP upgrade cycles. Collaborate with Engineering and Automation teams to ensure test case execution aligns with functional specifications and test scripts.

Orchestrate end-to-end test cycles, overseeing resource allocation, budgets, and timelines for seamless execution. Drive the testing lifecycle for all monthly and quarterly release cycles to prevent system function impacts from platform changes.

Engage directly with Business Leads and SMEs to validate test results and secure official sign-offs. Oversee the defect triage process, ensuring bugs are promptly reported, resolved, and retested within established SLAs. Establish and manage a comprehensive reporting framework to share testing metrics and promote data-driven decision-making. Contribute to portfolio management by supporting executive action committee materials, budgets, resource management, and status tracking.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess 4 years of experience in management consulting, project management within a public accounting firm, or a multi-national company. Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements is essential.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA and a CPA/CA equivalent certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications, along with experience in testing (especially UAT cycles), are highly valued. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems (RAR, BRIM/SD, S/4 HANA) and Google First-Party (1P) systems, alongside professional certifications like PMP, CPA/CA, or Lean Six Sigma, would be advantageous.

This role demands the ability to manage demanding deadlines for recurring monthly/quarterly releases while navigating a complex stakeholder environment. Strong data analysis skills and experience applying statistical methods for decision-making are crucial. You must exhibit robust project management capabilities and the aptitude to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
