Develop and implement robust short-term and long-term supply and demand models aimed at minimizing total costs and inventory levels while upholding or enhancing service quality for data center networking infrastructure components.

Present strategic supply and demand recommendations to leadership, facilitating prompt decision-making and maintaining clear, concise communication channels with all supply chain stakeholders.

Collaborate with procurement and materials management partners to track supply commitments and provide essential supply responses to upstream deployment teams. Establish and refine best practices, including statistical models, processes, and software tools, for generating accurate supply forecasts and setting appropriate inventory targets.

Proactively manage supply shortages, spearheading necessary mitigation strategies and prioritization efforts. Coordinate allocation decisions with procurement and GCM teams to minimize disruptions to Google's capacity delivery.

Drive product success by holding teams accountable for key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, excess and obsolescence, material spend, Cost of Goods Sold, and gross margins.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 2 years in program or project management.

Demonstrated experience in supply/demand planning, material planning, data center infrastructure, and capital investment decision-making is essential.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field like Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Additionally, 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects is highly beneficial. The ability to collaborate and influence across organizational levels, coupled with experience leading cross-functional process improvements, is valued. A strong sense of accountability and ownership throughout the entire project lifecycle is crucial.
