As a Program Manager, you will orchestrate complex projects from inception to completion. This involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define project needs, meticulously manage schedules, proactively identify potential risks, and maintain transparent communication channels with cross-functional teams. Your leadership will bridge geographical and time zone divides, ensuring all project contributors are aligned and informed on progress and critical deadlines.

Develop and refine short- and long-term supply and demand models, focusing on cost minimization and inventory optimization while upholding service level standards for data center networking components.

Present strategic supply and demand recommendations to leadership, facilitating informed decision-making and ensuring clear, concise communication to all supply chain stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with procurement and materials management teams to monitor supply commitments and provide essential supply responses to upstream deployment teams. Establish leading methodologies, including statistical models, efficient processes, and appropriate software tools, for creating accurate supply forecasts and defining optimal inventory targets.

Proactively manage supply shortages, driving necessary mitigation strategies and prioritization efforts. Work with procurement and GCM teams on allocation decisions to minimize any impact on Google's capacity delivery.

Champion product success by fostering accountability for key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, excess and obsolescence, material spend, Cost of Goods Sold, and gross margins.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least two years of hands-on experience in program or project management.

Essential experience includes working with supply/demand planning, material planning, data center infrastructure, and capital investment decision-making processes.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Master's degree in related fields such as Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. A minimum of two years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects is highly beneficial. The ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various organizational levels, coupled with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvements, is valued. A strong sense of accountability and ownership throughout the entire project lifecycle is crucial for success in this role.
