Amazon's Companion Products and Services (ComPAS) division is seeking a Program Manager II with global responsibilities. This role focuses on the third-party (3P) accessories market for Amazon's extensive device portfolio, including Kindle, Fire, Echo, Ring, Blink, and eero. The objective is to enhance customer experience and profitability by optimizing accessory compatibility and assortment.

The Program Manager will be instrumental in revamping Amazon's catalog, classification, and enforcement systems. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize ASIN misclassification, managing seller compliance, extracting actionable business insights, and leveraging AI for process automation. This position also supports the strategic expansion of 3P accessories into emerging device categories like Ring, Blink, and eero.

This pivotal role entails end-to-end ownership of the worldwide 3P classification program across North America, Europe, and other global regions. Responsibilities include authoring SOPs and fostering their adoption by partner teams to achieve large-scale improvements in product classification.

A significant focus will be on automation through AI and internal tools, reducing manual effort by collaborating with technical teams to implement AI/LLM-based classification and workflow automation. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, crafting narratives for weekly and quarterly business reviews, and clearly communicating strategic recommendations to team members and senior leadership.

Furthermore, this role involves managing enforcement protocols, including developing and executing SOPs for handling non-compliant sellers in conjunction with Seller Risk and Legal departments. You will also drive the onboarding of new device families, such as Ring, Blink, and eero, into existing classification and reporting frameworks. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in program or project management. A proven track record of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, utilizing data and metrics for analysis, is essential.

An advanced understanding of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, along with proficiency in SQL, is required. The role necessitates at least three years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. A strong background in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to identify areas for improvement is also a prerequisite.

Preferred qualifications include three years of experience in end-to-end delivery management and communicating outcomes to senior stakeholders. Experience in driving process improvements, stakeholder management across various organizational levels, building robust processes, project planning, and implementing repeatable, standardized, or automated processes are highly advantageous.
