This role focuses on enhancing our CEO and co-founder's personal brand. Approximately 70% of our users are non-technical individuals, such as small business owners and solo founders. Your mission will be to own and execute the founder content program across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence.

This position involves a dual focus: creative writing and strategic program management. You will be responsible for drafting engaging content, including LinkedIn posts, X threads, and newsletter editions, meticulously capturing the unique voice and thought process of each founder. The other aspect of the role entails managing the entire content lifecycle – from extracting ideas and maintaining a content calendar to ensuring steady output during busy periods and overseeing the approval process.

Key duties include repurposing founder materials across various channels, monitoring audience interactions, tracking content performance, and coordinating with PR and social media teams to maintain brand consistency. This role is crucial in amplifying our founders' voices and driving engagement with our target audience, primarily located in the US and Europe.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in founder branding, personal branding, or executive communications, demonstrated by a portfolio of successful content for named individuals. Candidates must provide writing samples from LinkedIn and X that showcase strong performance metrics and the ability to authentically embody another person's voice.

Exceptional program management skills are essential, including the ability to proactively manage a content calendar and remove obstacles. Comfort working with founders and senior executives, including providing constructive feedback on content, is expected. A solid understanding of startups, software, and AI is necessary to write credibly on these topics. Familiarity with what resonates on LinkedIn and X in US and European markets is also key. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Bangalore.
