This role focuses on managing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, specifically using Oracle JD Edwards. The objective is to drive successful project execution, align infrastructure with strategic goals, and ensure optimal service delivery.

The position requires comprehensive program management, from initiation and planning to execution, control, and closure. It involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations effectively.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.

Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables, ensuring timely and quality completion.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring deliverables are met without compromise.

Drive periodic project reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies using a data-driven approach.

Escalate project issues to senior management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Focus on driving accountability and continuous service improvement by analyzing operational metrics and support practices.

Improve the support experience by evaluating and redesigning processes, setting service metrics, and implementing changes.

Identify process inefficiencies and compliance issues, implementing strategic solutions for optimization and modernization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on ERP implementations, particularly Oracle JD Edwards.

Ability to analyze, plan, and drive the implementation of ERP solutions effectively.

Experience in executing and improving key service delivery processes and implementing relevant metrics and KPIs.

Strong understanding of project management principles, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.

Proficiency in managing partner relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.

Skilled in driving project reviews, risk mitigation, and utilizing a data-driven approach for decision-making.

Experience in escalating project issues to senior management and ensuring their resolution.

Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and implement continuous service improvements.

Strong analytical skills for reporting, analyzing, and resolving implementation and operational issues.

Capability to improve support experiences through process evaluation, redesign, and performance monitoring.

Experience in process optimization, improvement, and modernization initiatives.
