Google is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee Enablement and Governance initiatives. This role involves driving critical projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders. You will be instrumental in defining requirements, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and fostering clear communication across numerous internal teams and global partners.

Furthermore, this role requires active collaboration to shape operational strategy and build strong relationships with partners across gtech, finance, and EngOps. A crucial aspect will be developing and managing an effective impact metrics framework for all Operational teams.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in program or project management. Demonstrated experience in vendor management, operational expenditure (opex) governance, and effective stakeholder engagement is required.

Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, alongside proven success in handling large-scale global operations. Expertise in process optimization and driving cost savings, as well as the ability to influence product strategy through collaboration, are highly valued.
