Drive impactful projects from inception to completion as an EHS Program Manager within our data center operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of environmental health and safety across our critical infrastructure.

This position demands a strategic mindset to translate intricate EHS risks into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

Spearhead the management of complex, multi-disciplinary EHS programs, from planning through execution. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to schedules and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Conduct thorough risk assessments for high-risk activities such as Lockout-tagout (LOTO), electrical work, hot work, working at heights, and confined spaces. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate closely with engineering and facility teams to ensure safety designs align with all applicable local regulatory requirements. This role involves up to 50% travel and requires a full-time, onsite presence.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a minimum of two years in program or project management. A strong background in environmental regulations, safety management, and EHS management systems is essential.

Demonstrated experience in managing EHS compliance, including environmental adherence, is required. Preferred candidates will have experience managing cross-functional projects and working within mission-critical sectors like data centers, construction, or manufacturing.

Familiarity with India's EHS regulations and best practices is highly advantageous. Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and people management skills are critical for success in this role.
