You will engage with clients at various levels, presenting strategic roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Spearhead presales engagements by collaborating with sales teams, qualifying opportunities, and crafting compelling proposals for CX solutions. Architect and design comprehensive solution blueprints covering CRM, Commerce, ECM, and Portals, while rapidly prototyping and demonstrating solution value. Interface directly with clients and stakeholders, presenting architectures and roadmaps, and leading alignment sessions. Provide solution delivery guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Proven experience in program management, specifically within D365, F&O, and presales. Strong ability to collaborate with sales teams and develop winning proposals. Expertise in solution architecture, design, and rapid prototyping for CX solutions is essential. Excellent client interfacing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to executive and technical audiences. Experience in guiding solution delivery and enforcing best practices is required.
