Engage in presales activities, collaborating with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop winning proposals.

Lead discovery workshops to deeply understand client business objectives, pain points, and success metrics.

Design comprehensive solution blueprints for CRM, Commerce, ECM, and Portals.

Develop rapid prototypes and interactive demos to showcase solution value and adaptability.

Present proposed architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to both executive and technical stakeholders.

Facilitate alignment sessions to confirm solution components meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

Provide guidance to development and delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and validating design integrity.

Proven experience in D365, F&O, and presales engagements is essential.

Demonstrated ability to lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Strong skills in solution architecture and design across CRM, Commerce, ECM, and Portals.

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, including presenting to senior leadership.

Experience in guiding development and delivery teams, ensuring quality and best practice adherence.

Ability to work independently with customer business process owners, SMEs, and IT leaders.

Familiarity with tailoring demos using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools is a plus.
