NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring robust governance, effective reporting, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will be instrumental in providing executive visibility and driving successful program delivery through exceptional leadership and collaboration.

Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to processes and controls. Monitor program performance against scope, timelines, quality, costs, and benefits. Lead governance reviews and executive forums, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to guarantee successful execution.

Prepare and deliver program updates to senior leadership, utilizing dashboards and reports for clear insights into progress, risks, and financial performance. Proactively identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies and escalating blockers as necessary.

Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, sponsors, technology teams, and partners to drive alignment and resolve competing priorities. Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and benefits tracking, ensuring compliance with PMO standards.

A proven Program Manager with 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale business transformation and technology programs is required. Expertise in governance, planning, reporting, and program controls, along with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, is essential.

Candidates must possess excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with senior and C-level stakeholders. Strong experience in managing enterprise risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements, coupled with an understanding of governance frameworks, is crucial.

Proficiency in influencing, negotiation, and relationship management is key for driving alignment across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
