As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage project timelines, identify potential risks, and ensure clear communication with cross-functional teams across the organization. Your projects will often span multiple offices, time zones, and regions, requiring meticulous coordination of all parties involved.

Provide strategic and technical guidance for our carbon reduction, clean energy, and water strategy within the APAC region.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with Google's net-zero and sustainability commitments.

Lead engagement with external experts and industry partners to advance regional climate priorities.

Manage a dynamic portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives that enhance the climate operations organization and support its core objectives.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience in carbon accounting and methodologies, or in energy markets.

Preferred qualifications include 10 years of experience in climate science, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Standards and accounting, or the energy industry.

Requires 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives for large organizations is essential.

Proven ability to develop data-driven insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.

Must possess a high sense of organization and a strong orientation towards execution.
