Lead IT infrastructure project governance across the APAC region as the PMO Program Manager for our APAC IT Infrastructure Deployment team. You will manage demand, enhance portfolio visibility, and provide executive reporting to ensure the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects across diverse time zones.

This role offers an opportunity to shape and refine project management practices within a dynamic and globally distributed environment, contributing to the strategic objectives of the IT infrastructure deployment function.

Oversee IT infrastructure deployment projects in APAC using ServiceNow SPM for governance. Maintain robust project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and compliance.

Manage the project pipeline and portfolio within ServiceNow SPM, guaranteeing data accuracy. Develop executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics and AWS Quick Suite. Define project documentation standards and conduct project health assessments.

Facilitate key reviews including Weekly Operational, Monthly Business, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Manage risk and issue logs, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure prompt resolution. Act as the main point of contact for project queries, prepare executive reports, and proactively escalate critical issues. Collaborate with EU and AMER teams, and drive continuous improvement through process streamlining, best practice benchmarking, and lessons learned.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management is required. You should also have 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, supported by data and metrics, is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUps, along with SQL knowledge, is necessary. Experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data for improvements is also a key qualification.

Preferred candidates will have experience in building processes, project management methodologies, and developing project schedules.
