This Program Manager role is pivotal for ensuring GPU cluster health and driving operational excellence for assigned customers and locations. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, managing repair programs, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve service level agreements and customer commitments.

Your focus will be on maintaining high availability targets, optimizing repair workflows, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. This position demands meticulous execution, clear communication, and disciplined escalation to ensure program success.

Own the availability tracking for customer clusters, monitoring performance against a 97.5% target and identifying underperforming areas. You will manage detailed views of repair status, including host availability, repair aging, and spare constraints.

Drive assigned repair improvement programs, defining scope, milestones, and owners, while actively tracking progress and escalating blockers. Coordinate with engineering teams to address tooling and support gaps.

Support the definition and tracking of critical business and operational KPIs, maintaining dashboards and reports. Provide structured updates to leadership, customers, and internal teams, fostering transparency and alignment.

A strong understanding of program execution, including risk management, milestone tracking, and disciplined escalation is essential. You should be adept at facilitating working sessions and documenting decisions, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of repair status and next steps.

This role requires the ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with diverse teams (TPMs, SDE/SRE, partner teams), and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience in reporting and KPI support is also crucial.
