Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a strategic and technical Network Acquisition Manager, playing a pivotal role in supporting a high-growth technology business. This position focuses on independently managing the acquisition and delivery of critical network infrastructure across EMEA and APAC regions.

Oversee a vendor and circuit delivery pipeline to ensure the timely deployment of crucial network infrastructure for both internal and external Oracle customers.

Utilize regional knowledge and vendor relationships to drive the successful and punctual completion of critical deliveries.

Collaborate across various teams to design and implement new processes, institute improvements and automation, and achieve defined process objectives.

Abstract, organize, and structure processes, objectives, and workflows for clarity and efficiency.

Develop and automate reporting mechanisms, including the preparation of monthly business reviews (MBRs).

Independently manage programs, encompassing critical projects, and provide executive-level project reporting and execution.

Handle both technical and non-technical project management aspects.

Proactively identify and resolve blockers hindering Oracle teams operating within the region.

A minimum of 6 years of experience is required in delivering network infrastructure within the Telecom, Datacenter, or Cloud Infrastructure industries.

Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and capacity planning teams.

Proven ability to document metrics and formulate recommendations for both internal technical leadership and senior executives (VPs and SVPs).

Capacity to work independently and proactively propose effective solutions.

Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.

High proficiency in using Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence is mandatory.
