Drive complex technical programs, define scope and milestones, enhance cross-team processes, and implement automated reporting. This role serves as a key technical liaison across various stakeholder teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
This position focuses on program ownership within GPU Cluster Health domains. Responsibilities include strategic customer availability, partner repair execution, RMA/spares governance, data framework enhancement, repair workflow optimization, and engineering platform tooling. The goal is to translate availability gaps into structured programs with defined scope, owners, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies, providing executive-ready status updates.
Lead one or more major GPU Cluster Health domains, translating availability gaps into structured programs. Drive a weekly operating rhythm for assigned domains, focusing on KPI review, blocker resolution, escalations, and decision-making.
Support the TPM model by owning either a customer vertical or a horizontal functional area. Define KPI measurement methods for repair health, covering cluster availability, repair cycle time, success rates, and SLA adherence. Drive consistent reporting standards and identify trends to prioritize corrective actions.
Partner with SDE/SRE teams to identify tooling and first-level support needs. Prioritize tooling requirements that reduce manual coordination, improve triage, or automate reporting. Collaborate with various operational teams to remove repair blockers and support incident-style escalations.
Develop and standardize repeatable playbooks, intake processes, and escalation paths. Identify automation opportunities and advocate for their prioritization to streamline operations.
Expected outcomes include clearly defined objectives and measurable improvements for major repair programs. Leadership should gain reliable visibility into customer cluster health and repair risks, with blockers resolved through structured governance. Tooling and reporting requirements will be translated into actionable work for SDE/SRE teams.
