Drive critical GPU cluster health initiatives as an Individual Contributor (IC3) Technical Program Manager. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of assigned customer clusters by overseeing day-to-day execution. You will be instrumental in tracking key operational metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing program milestones to ensure seamless operations.

Take ownership of availability tracking for specific customer clusters, focusing on defined shapes and locations. Monitor performance against a 97.5% availability target, identifying clusters trending below expectations. Maintain detailed weekly reports on unavailable hosts, repair workflows, reopen rates, spare constraints, and repair throughput.

Manage assigned repair improvement programs, ensuring clear scope, defined milestones, and identified owners. Drive execution of targeted programs aimed at reducing unavailable hosts, improving repair workflow adherence, and tracking partner actions. Coordinate with SDE/SRE teams to address tooling and support gaps and escalate critical blockers that jeopardize SLAs or customer commitments.

Support the definition and tracking of key business and operational KPIs, including availability, billability, and repair success metrics. Maintain comprehensive dashboards, weekly reports, and status summaries. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance reporting tools and provide structured input for leadership and customer updates.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in program management or a related operational role is required. Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, dashboard development, data analysis, and report writing is essential.

Strong understanding of public cloud services, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), is necessary. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory for effective stakeholder coordination and reporting.

Experience with incident documentation, investigation, and reporting, alongside a solid grasp of engineering collaboration and operations reporting, will be critical for success in this role.
