As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing complex programs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Technical Management and Execution: Identifying risks, managing scope, estimating timelines, and ensuring compliance with third-party, security, export, and accessibility requirements. You will also lead rapid response to security escalations and forecast program demands.

- Program Oversight: Aligning priorities with stakeholders, establishing program scope and milestones, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes managing both technical and non-technical programs, guiding program staff, and maintaining comprehensive program documentation.

- Process Efficiency: Leading program improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and driving cross-team process optimizations. You will develop data-driven decision-making frameworks and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration and Leadership: Facilitating collaboration across multiple teams, providing technical direction, and influencing change at all levels. You will ensure program teams and stakeholders are aligned with goals and motivated.

- Data and Analysis: Creating and automating reporting, utilizing data to solve complex problems, and conducting analysis to drive data-informed decisions. You will also act as a liaison with stakeholder teams to drive effective collaboration and manage relationships.

We are seeking a Program Manager with 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management, complemented by strong technical knowledge in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain.
