Shape complex technical programs from inception to completion. This role involves defining scope, setting clear milestones, and enhancing cross-team collaboration. You'll be instrumental in automating reporting processes and serving as a key technical liaison across various stakeholder groups, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
This position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead critical initiatives within the GPU Cluster Health domains. You will own the strategy for critical areas such as customer availability, partner repair execution, RMA/spares governance, data frameworks, repair workflow optimization, or engineering platform tooling.
Take full ownership of major GPU Cluster Health domains, translating availability challenges into actionable programs with defined scope, owners, milestones, KPIs, and risk assessments. Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm, focusing on KPI reviews, blocker resolution, escalations, and decision-making.
Champion the vertical/horizontal TPM model by leading either a specific customer vertical or a cross-functional area. For vertical leadership, define and execute availability and repair strategies for key customers. For horizontal leadership, drive programs covering partner tracking, SDE/SRE tooling, RMA/spares feedback loops, SOP management, and metrics reporting.
Define robust KPI measurement methods for repair health, encompassing cluster availability, backlog management, repair cycle times, success rates, and partner performance. Establish consistent reporting standards and identify trends to prioritize corrective actions. Partner with global SDE/SRE teams to identify and prioritize tooling needs that automate manual processes, improve triage, and accelerate repair handoffs. Collaborate with various operational teams to remove repair blockers and support incident escalations for high-risk clusters.
Lead post-program retrospectives to refine processes and standardize playbooks, intake procedures, and escalation paths. Identify and advocate for automation opportunities to continuously improve operational efficiency. The expected outcomes include measurable improvements in repair programs, reliable visibility into cluster health, streamlined repair processes, and actionable SDE/SRE work based on defined requirements.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related field is required. Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and other ticketing tools is essential for managing workflows and tracking progress.
Strong strategic planning and communication skills are crucial for defining program objectives, managing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional execution. Experience in a customer-facing role, understanding customer needs, and translating them into program requirements is highly valued. The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and influence outcomes across diverse teams is a key attribute for success in this role.
