We are seeking a dynamic Program Execution Manager to lead integrated program delivery, ensuring all workstreams align to achieve planned milestones and desired outcomes.

This role serves as the crucial link between individual workstream leads and program leadership, translating strategic direction into actionable plans. You will be instrumental in driving the day-to-day execution, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful realization of program objectives.

Key responsibilities include owning and driving the integrated program plan, managing critical paths, dependencies, and milestone readiness.

You will coordinate delivery across various workstreams, actively challenging owners on progress, timelines, and resource allocation, and proposing recovery actions.

Furthermore, you will establish and manage the program's governance framework, ensuring effective decision-making, transparent control of actions, risks, and commitments.

This role involves identifying and resolving blockers early, escalating issues for program-level intervention when necessary, and coordinating readiness for all phases, from testing to hypercare and formal closure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management acumen, with a proven ability to drive execution and coordinate complex initiatives.

Experience in establishing and managing program governance, including decision rights and meeting cadences, is essential.

Proficiency in maintaining program-level RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalating material issues is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and translate detailed delivery information into clear executive messages.
