Oversee the integrated program plan, meticulously managing critical paths, dependencies, and milestone readiness.

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, actively engaging with owners to monitor progress, deadlines, resources, and recovery strategies.

Facilitate the program's execution rhythm, focusing on priorities, critical issues, dependencies, and action plans.

Proactively identify and resolve blockers at the working level, escalating for program-level intervention when necessary.

Manage the readiness across all phases, including testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and formal workstream closure.

Ensure that all agreed-upon decisions and corrective actions are translated into actionable delivery tasks and successfully closed.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Proven experience in program management, driving day-to-day execution and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Strong understanding of program governance, including managing decision frameworks, meeting cadences, and escalation processes.

Expertise in program reporting, creating a unified view of delivery performance for leadership.

Ability to challenge inputs, identify trends, and translate complex delivery data into clear executive messages.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
