As a Program Communications Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful communications across the organization. This position focuses on transforming complex information into clear, engaging narratives that align with strategic goals. You will be instrumental in developing high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and professional standards are met.

This role is ideal for a seasoned communicator with a talent for executive presentations and a knack for simplifying intricate details. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive communication campaigns and manage outreach effectively, contributing to a well-informed and engaged workforce.

You will be responsible for consolidating information from diverse teams, analyzing it, and crafting compelling communication materials. Developing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, ensuring they are visually impactful and narrative-driven, is a key aspect. This includes managing organization-wide communications, drafting professional emails, and coordinating outreach to internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will drive periodic communication campaigns to highlight program milestones, business achievements, and innovation. This involves coordinating with delivery leaders and program managers to gather inputs, acting as a central point for communication consolidation, and ensuring all communications are factually accurate, professionally worded, and adhere to corporate policies.

A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, complemented by 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PMO communications, or executive reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, and a keen eye for detail are critical.

We are looking for candidates with a proven ability to simplify complex information into impactful messaging and experience working with senior leadership. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills are vital, as is experience in global/matrixed organizations, which is highly desirable. Experience within IT services organizations is preferred.
