This role is integral to driving executive reporting and supporting critical Run-the-Business (RTB) operations within a dynamic IT environment. You will be a key liaison, collaborating closely with HOE IT teams and various support organizations to ensure seamless application functioning. A deep understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support is essential for success.

The position also involves managing operational governance, conducting service reviews, and facilitating effective stakeholder coordination. You will lead impactful operational initiatives, champion service stability, and consistently pursue continuous improvement across all supported systems.

Crucially, excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills are vital for navigating complex relationships and conveying information effectively.
