This role will focus on core production support functions, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional production support. - Implementing and managing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices. - Overseeing middleware administration to ensure smooth operations. - Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency.

Further contributions will involve aspects of DevOps, system observability and monitoring, managing cloud platforms, and enhancing resiliency engineering.
