Your responsibilities as an Application Operations/Product Specialist include:

- Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents across various applications and platforms. - Determining the root cause of incidents, differentiating between configuration issues and defects. - Liaising with development teams to implement corrective actions or workarounds. - Managing application installations, upgrades, and fix deployments. - Responding to system health alerts and executing operational maintenance tasks. - Performing system audits for preventative maintenance and status reporting. - Adhering to EY and ITIL guidelines for incident, problem, and change management. - Managing calls efficiently, ensuring timely logging, monitoring, and resolution. - Documenting all work according to established standards and procedures. - Applying appropriate standards, methods, and tools for tasks. - Demonstrating a systematic approach to problem-solving. - Communicating technical information effectively to diverse audiences. - Planning, scheduling, and monitoring work to meet deadlines. - Rapidly acquiring and applying new technical and business knowledge. - Collaborating with application teams to remediate identified system and application vulnerabilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Solid knowledge of the .NET framework (4.0 and above). - Proficiency in full-stack front-end technologies, including HTML, Jquery, and Java Script. - Experience with web development frameworks such as C#, MVC, and Bootstrap. - Intermediate to advanced understanding of web platforms like IIS, SSL, and SFTP. - Good knowledge of SQL Server 2019, SSIS, and SQL Reporting Services. - General familiarity with Oracle 19c. - Experience with SQL DBMS interfaces and integrated tools. - Demonstrable knowledge of Windows 2019 server operating systems. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for networks and systems, including remote access and connectivity tests. - Experience supporting applications in shared or virtual environments. - The ability to make sound technical decisions for service restoration.
