NTT DATA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Lead to spearhead Production Planning and Quality Management workstreams in large-scale S/4HANA transformation projects. This role offers end-to-end ownership of manufacturing and quality solution design, delivery governance, and successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA best practices. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to drive transformation across Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release processes.

Lead SAP S/4HANA PP/QM workstreams, managing Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes from start to finish. Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for SAP PP (Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Capacity Planning, Production Orders) and SAP QM (Inspection Planning, Inspection Types, Results Recording, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications). Ensure adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications.

Coordinate closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams for seamless integration. Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, assess custom code impacts, and manage master data conversion. Own cutover planning and provide go-live and hypercare support. Mentor consultants and ensure adherence to project standards.

A minimum of 10-12 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP and SAP QM is required. You should have led at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. A solid understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes, including S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications, is essential.

Demonstrated leadership in delivering PP/QM solutions for large SAP programs is crucial, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models is preferred. An SAP S/4HANA certification in PP or QM, or industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Consumer Goods is advantageous.
