As a Product Support Associate, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our solutions function optimally and meet high-quality standards. Your core duties will involve staying updated on emerging data technology trends and applying them to practical business solutions. You'll manage and enhance the support model to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technology issues. Collaboration with Product Strategy, Product Activation, and Data Strategy teams, from initial concept to user adoption, will be key. You will also present recommendations to leadership on product utilization and improvements, troubleshoot product issues, and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution.
Further responsibilities include developing business support processes, measuring and reporting on success criteria and adoption rates, and creating/maintaining accessible support documentation. You'll analyze problems to recommend solutions, manage stakeholder relationships for progress, and rigorously test product upgrades before production deployment. Adaptability to evolving work requirements and the ability to assimilate and apply new information are essential.
We seek candidates with a strong understanding of the business drivers for success and a grasp of user-centered design principles, user experience, and usability. Familiarity with data privacy, data residency, and information security is important. Essential skills include project management capabilities encompassing scope, schedule, planning, time management, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate thrives amidst change, navigates ambiguity effectively, and is committed to continuous improvement.
Success in this role also hinges on being results-driven with meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating strong teamwork and operational efficiency. You should possess a strong executive presence to influence senior leaders across EY and exhibit excellent business writing and presentation skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. Fluency in English is expected for effective communication.
