As a Product Owner - Systems Integration Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of the product backlog, meticulously defining user stories to meet business needs. You will effectively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment across various teams. Close collaboration with business, architecture, and development units is crucial for delivering high-quality, Salesforce-driven solutions.

Your role will involve leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills to gather requirements accurately. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Jira, is essential for managing the product lifecycle, including UAT and release planning.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, specifically within the Financial Services domain. A robust understanding of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, is a must.

Demonstrated knowledge of Banking, Lending, Wealth Management, or Insurance processes is highly valued. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering abilities, along with proven experience in Agile/Scrum, Jira, UAT, and release planning.
