As a Product Owner - Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and executing enterprise business analysis and requirements management strategies. This includes establishing robust frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across teams. You will lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives encompassing BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, and User Stories, driving business process transformation.

Key responsibilities involve defining enterprise standards for requirement documentation, traceability, and change management, alongside establishing governance frameworks for backlog management and stakeholder engagement. You will spearhead business process improvement and requirement management maturity initiatives, conduct requirement reviews, and guide teams on Agile analysis practices and solution evaluation. Identifying and mitigating requirement-related risks and challenges will also be a critical aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will champion the adoption of AI-assisted business analysis tools to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness while ensuring compliance and data security.
