Join our Assurance team as an experienced Product Owner and take the lead in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary product team. You will be instrumental in delivering significant value to both our internal and external clients. This role is pivotal in owning the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with execution, and acting as the central communication hub between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key responsibilities include meticulously owning and managing the product backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories that align with business objectives. You will define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, encompassing current, near-term, and future deliverables. Collaboration with the Product Manager is crucial for translating strategy into actionable delivery plans. This role also involves managing system plans and supporting artifacts, including resource needs, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria. Act as the primary advocate for the customer within the delivery team and facilitate effective stakeholder review sessions. Lead the matrixed product team through influence, mentorship, and coaching, while aligning with adjacent product teams to ensure a unified product strategy. Proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and impediments.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Owner role or a related product delivery capacity. An MBA or BBM qualification is required. A strong command of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks is essential. Broad knowledge of financial services concepts, particularly in client onboarding or CRM systems, is highly preferred. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are vital. Strong analytical capabilities are needed to navigate ambiguity and achieve desired outcomes. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tooling is expected. A SAFe POPM certification is considered an advantage.
