Join EY's Digital Experience Product Team and play a crucial role in implementing specific EY products powered by the Adobe platform. This role operates within an agile framework, supporting global platforms and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements. You will manage the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring efficient and rapid development cycles for our digital solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of assigned service areas and their business objectives. Represent business needs to project teams, ensuring they are central to delivery. Capture business context, including problems, current states, future aspirations, and user impact. Define and document business, user, and technical requirements, linking them to the overall business vision. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, fostering agreement between customers and the team. Facilitate clear communication between business users, IT, and testing personnel. Ensure requirements are unambiguous, implementable, and testable for all audiences. Navigate ambiguity and business process changes, structuring requirements for efficient definition. Collaborate with project managers and business sponsors to define stakeholder needs. Understand project technologies and guide requirements gathering methodologies. Lead requirement meetings, utilizing effective elicitation techniques to define scope and requirements. Produce and review structured requirements documentation, including Use Cases. Adhere to change control and management procedures for requirements. Understand business cases and project scope to ensure alignment. Maintain high business analysis standards through approved processes and methodologies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience is required. We seek candidates with 7 years of experience in a large corporate IT setting, including over 5 years as a business analyst across various IT domains such as InfoSec, infrastructure, application development, and large RFPs. A minimum of 10-15 years in a corporate IT environment is preferred. SAFe Agile Certification is essential. Experience with Adobe DX products is necessary. Relevant experience in related technical fields like application development and implementation is highly valued. Prior work experience within professional services or with global teams is advantageous. Significant experience with IT infrastructure and security projects is expected. Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel occasionally is required for this global role.
