- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance is required. - Proficiency in Commercial Insurance is a mandatory skill. - Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements. - Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Capability to analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy. - A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
