This role is pivotal in enhancing internal tools and processes, with a strong emphasis on Health Benefits Carrier Integrations. You will be instrumental in translating product strategies into tangible outcomes and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams.

Rippling offers a unified platform to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to benefits administration, streamlining operations for businesses worldwide.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Health Benefits Integrations within Rippling.

Lead new integration implementations and develop documentation to streamline onboarding for future team members.

Participate in daily stand-ups with engineering, operations, and product teams, providing updates and resolving blockers.

Engage with internal stakeholders, including Sales, PSM, AMs, TAMs, Operations, Support, and Customers, to gather feedback and define requirements for our Health Benefits Integrations.

Collaborate with partners during project inception to ensure customized and operational products for a smooth launch.

Develop the standard operating procedure for onboarding new Health Benefit Carriers into Rippling.

Contribute to and review comprehensive documentation for internal tools and implementation processes.

Establish a complete Implementation Process SOP in conjunction with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with over 4 years in Operations or Implementation, preferably within a high-growth US-based SaaS or Fintech company.

Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure client situations professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in using data and established practices to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions.

Capability to work autonomously with external carriers and internal teams, particularly Product and Engineering.

Exceptional communication skills, adept at simplifying complex insurance terminology for non-technical audiences and guiding decision-making.

Expertise in Salesforce, G-Suite, and Jira.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and efficient execution.

Robust research capabilities and a talent for building and improving processes.
