Shape and deliver cutting-edge supply chain, mobile, and warehouse management solutions at Oracle NetSuite. This role involves deep collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to solve complex customer challenges and bring innovative products to life on schedule and within budget.

You will be instrumental in defining product strategy, identifying customer needs, and prioritizing development efforts. A core focus will be leveraging GenAI and intelligent automation to streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and enhance the overall user experience. Translating these strategic opportunities into clear requirements and measurable outcomes, while carefully considering data privacy and user control, is paramount.

- Drive the creation of next-generation supply chain solutions through close collaboration with manufacturers and wholesale distributors. - Proactively identify and champion new features that resonate deeply with customers. - Discover and implement opportunities for GenAI and intelligent automation to simplify workflows, enhance decision-making, and reduce manual effort. - Develop comprehensive use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirement documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality. - Partner with Development, QA, Documentation, and UI teams to deliver exceptional products and tools for both customers and developers. - Cultivate a robust understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and emerging AI capabilities pertinent to supply chain operations. - Manage the product backlog and prioritize enhancements, customer requests, and partner needs through data-driven analysis and sound judgment. - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure successful product rollouts and a seamless end-to-end customer experience. - Evaluate AI-enabled features for their usefulness, accuracy, reliability, and appropriate user control.

- Possess a strong self-starting attitude and a commitment to teamwork. - Demonstrate the ability to gather intricate customer requirements and translate them into detailed execution plans. - Exhibit strong functional knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Fulfillment, Shipping, or Outbound Order Processing. - Preferably possess 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering applications through at least two product releases. - Practical experience with GenAI or AI-related projects is advantageous, especially in enterprise applications, workflow automation, or decision support. - Be capable of identifying impactful AI use cases and defining metrics for their value and quality measurement. - A B.Tech or Bachelor of Engineering degree is required; an MBA is considered a plus.
