Join our Finance Automation team as a Senior Product Manager-Tech. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from shaping the product vision to guiding its successful launch.

You will collaborate with a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, program managers, designers, and marketers, to bring innovative solutions to life.

Champion the customer's voice and advocate for their needs. Define and prioritize the product roadmap, setting clear goals, use cases, and feature requirements. Drive product discovery through in-depth user research, customer interviews, and rigorous data analysis.

Prepare essential product documentation like press releases and FAQs, and establish key business objectives. Ensure consistent business alignment across all involved teams. Contribute technical expertise to development discussions on product solution design and construction.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or a technology-focused role is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Demonstrated experience in feature delivery and understanding product trade-offs is key. You should also have experience contributing to technical discussions concerning product-related technology decisions and strategy. Prior experience managing technical products or online services is necessary, along with the ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level planning and prioritization.
