Join our Finance Automation team as a Senior Product Manager-Tech. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from initial product vision to successful launch. You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, program managers, designers, and marketers.

Drive product leadership by championing the customer voice and defining a prioritized product roadmap that includes goals, use cases, requirements, and features. Contribute to product discovery through thorough user research, customer interviews, and data analysis. Craft essential communication materials such as press releases, FAQs, and business goals, while ensuring strong business alignment across all involved teams.

Engage deeply in technical aspects by defining both functional and non-functional technical requirements. Leverage your technical expertise to influence development discussions on product solution design and construction. Work closely with engineering teams, both internal and external, on critical technical decisions.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology is required. A Bachelor's degree is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate experience with feature delivery and understanding product tradeoffs. Proven ability to contribute to engineering discussions concerning technology decisions and strategy related to a product is essential.

Experience managing technical products or online services is expected. The role also requires the ability to represent and advocate for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning sessions. Preferred qualifications include experience bridging technical and business teams for requirement refinement, work prioritization, and timely delivery. Familiarity with building and driving adoption of new tools, performing statistical data analysis using SQL and Excel, and understanding Machine Learning or Large Language Model fundamentals are advantageous.
