This role is central to advancing our vision, focusing on the end-to-end product lifecycle for data science and cloud-centric products. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to shape product strategy and maintain a dynamic roadmap, acting as a vital link between business needs and technical execution.
Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle for healthcare data science, cloud, and analytics initiatives. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and business leaders to define product strategy and maintain a detailed roadmap. Acting as a Product Owner/Analyst, you'll define, groom, and prioritize the product backlog. This involves translating complex healthcare needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Evaluate emerging trends and technologies for strategic product innovation. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with an emphasis on responsible AI use. Leverage enterprise AI tools to optimize product management workflows and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with partners for successful product launches, user adoption, and performance measurement.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 7+ years in product management or analysis) is required. You need at least 6 years of experience in product management, analysis, or ownership within software development, technology, or healthcare.
Demonstrated experience of 4+ years in defining product roadmaps, creating user stories, and managing backlogs is essential. Additionally, 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or cloud-native products, and 1+ year collaborating with data science, analytics, or AI/ML teams to deliver tech solutions are necessary.
