Join Rippling as a Product Manager to lead our innovative Payroll Integrations team. This pivotal role focuses on transforming complex payroll data into reliable accounting insights for our customers. You will spearhead the development of next-generation accounting automations, leveraging AI to create products that streamline journal entries, synchronize payroll with ERP systems, proactively identify errors, and empower finance teams to close books faster.

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Payroll Integrations, ensuring seamless conversion of payroll data into trustworthy financial information. Own the entire product lifecycle, from initial customer setup to ensuring dependable data flow into critical finance systems. Integrate AI capabilities into customer workflows to enhance issue detection, accelerate recovery, and minimize manual follow-up. Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate operational challenges into elegant, scalable product solutions. Develop products for Rippling's largest payroll clients, then generalize these learnings to benefit a wider customer base. Make strategic prioritization decisions, balancing customer commitments, platform stability, and AI development investments.

A minimum of 4 years in product management, with a preference for experience in payroll, accounting, finance systems, integrations, data platforms, or B2B SaaS. Demonstrated systems thinking ability to model complex workflows and design scalable products. Strong technical judgment to understand data flows, anticipate system failures, and build reliable, scalable products. Exceptional customer empathy to distinguish symptoms from root causes and deliver needed solutions. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, and drive consensus across diverse teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at simplifying complex payroll and accounting concepts for various stakeholders. A strong bias for ownership and a commitment to ensuring workflows function flawlessly in production.
