This is a hands-on role where you'll deeply understand media workflows and user needs. You will drive the product vision for Studio, ensuring it meets the demands of broadcasters and content creators, from pipeline creation to AI model performance in production. Your work will directly influence how AI reshapes content creation and localization economics.

Own the end-to-end Studio product roadmap for media and entertainment clients, from initial discovery with platforms and studios through to shipping and measuring outcomes.

Translate complex media workflows, including content ingestion, dubbing, localization pipelines, quality control, and delivery formats, into robust product features that meet broadcast and streaming customer requirements.

Define and implement clear quality standards for AI-generated media, encompassing voice quality, lip-sync, emotional nuance, and translation accuracy, supported by rigorous evaluation pipelines and feedback loops.

Engage deeply with the technical aspects of AI systems in production, including model selection, prompt engineering, pipeline design, latency management, cost optimization, and identifying potential failure modes.

Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to develop effective pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for various media segments, from per-minute creator packages to large-scale enterprise localization contracts.

Act as the internal advocate for media customers, conveying precise product and model feedback, such as dubbing inaccuracies or audio artifacts, directly to research teams and ensuring timely resolution for clients.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience, proven by successfully launching and scaling real-world products.

A strong background in the media and entertainment sector is highly preferred, particularly with Video & Content-first platforms like OTT/streaming services, broadcasters, studios, or media-tech companies.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the content lifecycle, from production and transformation (dubbing, subtitling) to packaging, distribution, and monetization across broadcast and streaming environments.

Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with generative AI in content workflows, including voice synthesis, dubbing, and video/audio generation, with a clear perspective on balancing quality, cost, and speed.

Exhibit strong data analytical skills, including proficiency in writing SQL queries, setting up user funnels, and defining meaningful success metrics beyond vanity numbers.

Showcase exceptional product thinking, starting with identifying customer problems, structuring ambiguous challenges, and delivering effective solutions without over-engineering.
