Join the Outbound and Flow team within Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) as an experienced Technical Product Manager in Bangalore. You will shape the vision and strategy for our Routing and Mansort products, crucial for outbound fulfillment. Our goal is to enhance customer experience through improved delivery estimates, speed, quality, and cost, while also prioritizing associate safety and operational simplicity. We achieve this by developing robust, scalable, and accessible products.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the group. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and features that align with our team's overarching strategy. Success in this cross-functional position requires close collaboration with engineering, science, operations, and business teams globally to launch innovative features and scalable solutions for Routing and Mansort operations worldwide.

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities by deeply understanding customer needs, analyzing usage data, and identifying market trends. Translate these insights into actionable problem statements and detailed requirements.

Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, science, finance, and operations partners to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Effectively align stakeholders and make informed trade-offs, even with incomplete data.

Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration. Establish success criteria and key performance indicators, monitor operational health, and continuously improve based on performance metrics and customer feedback.

Engage in technical discussions, evaluating proposals and understanding how architectural decisions impact customer outcomes. Balance the delivery of new features with the maintenance of long-term system health and scalability. Leverage generative AI and emerging technologies to accelerate development, enhance decision-making, and discover new product innovation avenues.

A proven track record in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Demonstrated experience with feature delivery and navigating product trade-offs.

Ability to contribute meaningfully to engineering discussions concerning technology decisions and product strategy.

Experience managing technical products or online services throughout their lifecycle.

Skill in representing and advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization and planning.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
