Join Google Cloud as a Product Manager II and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Partner Program Platform. This platform is the backbone for thousands of global partners, powering everything from onboarding and competency achievement to incentive programs. You will be instrumental in driving the evolution of the foundational engines, data models, and services that support our partner ecosystem.

Define and own the multi-quarter roadmap for core platform components, including partner tiering, incentives, competencies, and co-sell workflows. You will act as a crucial liaison between Partner Strategy, GTM Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams. Your role involves translating intricate commercial policies into robust, scalable platform capabilities and automated APIs.

Collaborate with systems architects to establish logical business objects, event streams, and critical APIs (gRPC/REST) connecting key systems like Salesforce, Cloud Marketplace, and Partner Hub. You will also be responsible for building the API infrastructure for self-service tools and internal workflows.

Ensure the platform adheres to stringent enterprise security standards, multi-jurisdiction compliance, and financial auditability. Continuously monitor and optimize platform reliability, latency, and operational metrics.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience is needed in managing, launching, or migrating platform products, developer APIs, backend workflow engines, or foundational enterprise infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Partner Relationship Management systems, B2B partner programs, incentive computation engines, or cloud marketplaces. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, REST/gRPC API design, and leading technical design reviews is highly beneficial. The ability to foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and transform ambiguity into structured execution plans is also valued.
