Define and steer the strategic direction for key product areas within Google Workspace.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning goals and investments for global scalability.
Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their strategies, business processes, challenges, and priorities, using this insight to shape product strategy and roadmap communication.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to drive product advancement and innovation.
Facilitate decisive actions across a diverse network of stakeholders and operational teams.
Attract, nurture, and retain a high-performing team of product managers.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
Five years of experience in product management or a related technical field is required.
Two years of experience successfully taking technical products from ideation through to launch (0 to 1, end-to-end execution) is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in driving product strategy, go-to-market planning, and making data-informed decisions is a must.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business-related field, experience launching successful app products, and a strong understanding of current cloud technologies and services. Experience with complex customer engagements and in-depth market/customer knowledge is also beneficial.
