You will envision and lead the creation of next-generation commodity supply chain management workflows and data analytics solutions. This involves deeply understanding customer and partner needs, translating them into actionable product roadmaps, and defining clear specifications for complex problems. You will leverage data to generate insights, drive inclusive planning processes, and ruthlessly prioritize initiatives to achieve high-value outcomes. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and data science teams is key to delivering impactful product capabilities. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing regular updates on product progress will be integral to your success.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in Product Management and Program Management is required, including proven experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle development in partnership with engineering teams. A strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals is preferred, alongside experience with data analysis and digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and excellent written and presentation skills, including executive-level communication, are essential.
