Join us to shape the future of AI companionship for millions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how people discover, experience, and value AI at work, particularly on mobile platforms. You will own critical experiments and see your contributions impact users globally within weeks. It's an exciting time to be part of an AI-native team inventing new monetization patterns for AI.
We foster a culture of empowered, mission-driven teams where decisions are based on rigorous measurement and evidence. Our AI-native approach means we leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, and shipping. India plays a pivotal role in shaping global strategy, not just execution.
You'll excel here if you're driven by ownership, adept at translating data into actionable insights, and comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback. A proactive approach to using AI for efficiency and a passion for frequent shipping are key. This role is ideal for those who prefer to drive outcomes rather than follow predefined plans.
As a Product Manager II, you will take end-to-end ownership of well-scoped missions and their associated metrics, with ample opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing value-led upgrade experiences across Copilot and Microsoft 365 apps on mobile. - Designing and implementing strategies to guide users towards paid plans with confidence. - Managing a portfolio of experiments, from hypothesis formulation and test design to telemetry specification, engineering collaboration, and result analysis. - Owning key metrics such as engagement with upgrade experiences and paid conversion, demonstrating a clear impact.
Your first 90 days will focus on deeply understanding the product, customers, and data, shipping your first hypothesis-led experiment, and running multiple experiments while owning a significant metric.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, holding a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 3+ years of product management experience. Alternatively, a relevant advanced degree and 2+ years of experience are welcome.
Ideal candidates will have a track record of shipping consumer or mobile features with measurable results, hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis, and proficiency in SQL or Kusto (KQL) for data retrieval. Experience in building or growing iOS/Android apps, B2B SaaS, product-led growth, subscriptions, or in-app purchases is highly valued. A demonstrated growth trajectory at a startup or consumer-tech company is also a significant advantage.
