Lead the strategic direction and execution for our next-generation app safety review infrastructure, Mokka. Your primary objective is to integrate advanced ML detection with seamless developer workflows, ensuring a secure ecosystem with minimal friction.

Develop the multi-year product roadmap for Mokka, focusing on scaling to accommodate increased submission volumes, particularly from AI-assisted code generation. Architect automated static, dynamic, and LLM-assisted review pipelines to proactively identify and mitigate modern security threats and emerging AI vulnerabilities.

Design intelligent human-in-the-loop review interfaces in collaboration with Operations and Policy teams. Utilize generative AI assistants to optimize analyst workflows and reduce cognitive load. Forge strong partnerships with ML Research, Security Engineering, Policy Operations, and Developer Relations globally to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive the success of our app safety initiatives.

Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 5 years in product management or a related technical field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience guiding technical products from initial concept through to successful launch.

Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into operational workflows is essential. A Master's degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in a business function such as strategic marketing or business operations.

Familiarity with mobile app security, app store ecosystems, or content moderation platforms is advantageous. Technical understanding of LLM security evaluation, AI threat models, or code analysis tools will further strengthen your candidacy. A data-driven approach to defining and optimizing platform metrics is highly valued.
