You will lead the strategy and execution for Mokka, our core review engine. Your focus will be on integrating advanced ML detection capabilities with developer velocity, ensuring a secure environment without hindering legitimate developers.

Define the multi-year product roadmap for the Mokka app safety review platform, anticipating growth driven by AI-assisted code generation.

Balance seamless onboarding for legitimate developers with robust verification for high-risk or automated app factories.

Collaborate closely with global ML Research, Security Engineering, Policy Operations, and Developer Relations teams to ensure Mokka functions as a unified trust platform.

Architect automated review pipelines, including static, dynamic, and LLM-assisted processes, to intercept emerging security threats and AI vulnerabilities.

Design intelligent human-in-the-loop review interfaces, leveraging generative AI assistants to enhance analyst efficiency and reduce cognitive load.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years in product management or a related technical role.

At least 2 years of experience bringing technical products from conception through to launch.

Proven experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business field, 3 years in a business function, and experience with mobile app security, app store ecosystems, or content moderation platforms.
