Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, and UX teams to translate product requirements into actionable objectives. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including development, launch, maintenance, and retirement, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. Establish a clear product vision, strategic goals, and a detailed roadmap, ensuring alignment across various teams and product areas.
Partner with User Researchers and UX designers to gather insights, validate concepts, and create intuitive user interfaces. Develop comprehensive product requirements to guide engineering efforts. Execute the product roadmap, working with engineering and cross-functional teams to build, test, and launch features that meet defined goals. Monitor key metrics, analyze market and product data, and employ experimentation to make informed decisions.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical field. Demonstrate 2 years of experience successfully bringing technical products from ideation to launch.
Crucially, you must have experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into product workflows.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, along with 3 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience with large-scale, consumer-facing mobile UI products (iOS/Android) and a strong understanding of GenAI and ML applications for creative user problems are highly beneficial. The ability to drive product growth and optimize user engagement using data and analytics is also key, as is the skill to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively across time zones.
