Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps by aligning stakeholders across various teams and product areas. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management (PgM), and User Experience (UX) teams throughout the design and development lifecycle. Transform Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into actionable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Partner with User Experience Researchers (UXR) to gather user insights and validate product concepts, and work with UX designers to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences. Develop comprehensive product requirements to guide engineering efforts. Execute roadmaps, build, test, and launch features, ensuring successful product adoption and achievement of defined goals. Define and monitor key performance metrics, analyze market and product data, and employ experimentation for data-driven decision-making.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical field. A proven track record of taking technical products from ideation to launch, encompassing end-to-end execution, is essential.

Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into product workflows is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, with 3 years of experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership. Experience with consumer-facing UI products at scale, particularly mobile app experiences (iOS/Android), and a strong understanding of GenAI and ML technologies applied to creative user problems are also beneficial. Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive product growth and optimize user engagement metrics is key. The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively across time zones and geographies is crucial.
