Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, Program Managers, and UX designers throughout the product design and development phases. Translate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into actionable OKRs for relevant teams.

Develop and operationalize product strategy to define clear product roadmaps. Secure buy-in for product goals that align with the overall product narrative and direction, aiming for outcomes that exceed the sum of individual efforts.

Validate market size and identify strategic opportunities for business generation. Drive product launches, ongoing maintenance, and eventual retirement in close coordination with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential. A minimum of 5 years in product management or a comparable technical role is required.

Demonstrated experience of 2 years in guiding technical products from initial conception through to successful launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end development).

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field. An additional 3 years of experience in a business function such as strategic marketing, business operations, or consulting is beneficial. Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership for 3 years is also valued.

Furthermore, 2 years of experience in software development or engineering, alongside 2 years of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams, is advantageous. Finally, 1 year of experience in a technical leadership capacity is desirable.
